HR associate / People Operations
Become member of the eyerim team and help us all to grow even faster and perform better. Maintain personnel administration tasks, ensure all data are correct, help with recruiting of new talents and make onboarding of new people smooth. This is a rare opportunity to be a first member of People operations department, work directly with C-level suite and learn how to lead people and build the company from the scratch. Do not expect work based on the guidelines - you will be creating them! YAY!
Why do we need you?
Since last year we grew from 10 people to more than 40 and we are planning to hire even more talents! We need you to prepare all important documents such as employee agreements, communicate with our accountant, prepare payrolls, control worksheets, help with recruiting of new people and select the best candidates and make sure that onboarding of new people is once-in-a-lifetime experience.
What your day is going to look like?
1. Communication with employees and contractors on daily basis and helping them with their HR requests
2. Communication with external accountant, preparing payrolls and collecting worksheets
3. Legal agenda - making sure all documents are in compliance with current legislation
4. Helping with job posts and publishing job ads, helping to select the best candidates
Our requirements:
- experience from HR or administration is a huge plus, but not a must
