HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN

CONVERSION RATE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist / manager (CRO) to join our marketing team! Y​ou will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel. This is a position for a polymath, an optimizer that is not only multi-disciplinary, but also a non-stop learner. You will need to be comfortable with copywriting, data, analytics and testing. Is this you?

What we expect:

- Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, marketing tactics and growth hacking.

- Basic coding skills in Javascript, JQuery, HTML and CSS a plus.

- Proficient in google tools(Google Analytics​), Proficiency with Hotjar tracking and analysis and other CRO technologies – Optimizely, ​Exponea, etc.

- Critical-thinker and problem-solver, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask and work multifunctional with teams, good time management skills and awesome self starter.

- Should have a feel for customizing tone, diction, style, and format to each buyer persona

- Strong sense of curiosity that pushes you to read, ask questions, research, and dig deep into what makes people tick(understanding of user psychology)
